Do you take insurance?
We do not take insurance for payment. All fees are paid via credit card or ACH (directly from your bank). We provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company. If you have a PPO insurance plan, you may be able to get partial reimbursement for services since we are considered "out of network."
What forms of payment do you take?
All services are paid via credit card, ACH (directly from your bank) or check. If a child attends more than one session per week, payment may be made during the last session of the week for all the sessions attended that week.

Individual Therapy
$113 per 30 minute session (*minimum 2 sessions per week)
$170 per 45 minute session
$226 per 60 minute session (at our office)
$310 per 60 minute session (at your home)
*We require a minimum of 2 30-minute sessions per week. These are available in the morning/early afternoon hours. Afternoon appointments are 45-60 minutes.

Add-on Screening for Autism Spectrum Disorder with Comprehensive Assessment
$799
The ADOS (any age): Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule 2nd edition. This adds approximately an hour to the comprehensive speech-language assessment. It includes the administration of the ADOS, which will be included in the final report and review. A screening provides information about the likelihood of an autism diagnosis, but would need to be confirmed by a physician, psychologist, or multi-disciplinary team.
Add-on Screening for Autism Spectrum Disorder (with previous assessment)

If you already have a comprehensive speech-language assessment froanother practice within the past 6 months, this can be done as a separate service. Infant-Toddler Screening/Consultation
Ages 12 months-24 months only: $226 for a 60 minute screening including meeting with parent. If a full evaluation is then scheduled, your screening fee will be deducted from the evaluation fee. No written report is provided with a screening, as it is an informal consultation. If time spent is less than an hour, your fee will be prorated.
Who can't we screen?
**We cannot perform a screening for language, auditory processing or social language/play. These areas require standardized testing and more in-depth testing. Screenings are only available for Infant/Toddlers or simple articulation issues only. Screening are quick and informal and are pro-rated at the time spent, based on our hourly rate of $226.
Off-site Consultation Fees
Off-site consultations are when we are asked to observe a child at school or meet with school staff. We charge 1.5 x our usual hourly rate, ($226 per hour) with a 2-hour minimum charge ($678).
